The practical things are taken care of quietly, in the background, leaving your attention free for what you came for — the water, the light, the long unhurried hours. Some of what follows is experience. Some is simply handled. All of it is yours.

The pool
Twelve by four metres, cut into the terrace, with jets and a hot-and-cold shower. Swim at first light; float through the afternoon. The water keeps your schedule.

Biosauna
Among the quarry rocks — half dry heat, half steam, scented with Mediterranean herbs. Set it the way your body asks.

Private chef
On request, a chef will cook for you in the house — a meal built around your table, with nothing to clear away after.

The grill
An outdoor grill for the slow evenings — dinner that starts in daylight and ends under the stars.

Sound & screen
A Hi-Fi system through the whole house, indoors and out; and a quiet room with a large screen and Netflix for the evenings you'd rather stay in.

Quietly handled
Housekeeping on request, with fresh linen and towels. Air conditioning throughout. Private parking inside the property — leave the car and forget it.
